As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent and supporting the continued success of our organization. This position focuses exclusively on recruiting for internal and client staffing needs, ensuring exceptional service to both our clients and employees while upholding ISS's commitment to five-star customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and screen candidates for open positions.
• Manage multiple active job requisitions while maintaining quality and urgency.
• Coordinate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and candidate follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified talent across various industries and skill sets.
• Develop sourcing strategies through job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs and identify qualified candidates.
• Stay informed on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and industry developments.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Proven ability to source, recruit, and place candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative sales mindset with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, conducting interviews, and scheduling appointments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
